Internationally acclaimed cellist Cameron Crozman and harpist Angela Schwarzkopf perform the double concerto for harp and cello by Kelly-Marie Murphy, winner of the 2018 Azrieli Commission for Jewish Music. Entitled En el Escuro, es Todo Uno (In The Darkness, We Are All One), this thoughtful work encourages us to celebrate what unites us. The concert opens with a fanfare, Akasha (Sky) by Glenn Buhr. Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 4, “The Italian” completes the program. Gordon Gerrard conducts.
