The Sounds of Home
A holiday concert with a twist! Enjoy songs from musicals, gospel music PLUS London Symphonia.
London Symphonia is proud to share the joy of music this festive season with The Sounds of Home, a holiday concert unlike any other. Developed in collaboration with Alexandra Kane, frequent music director at London’s Grand Theatre, The Sounds of Home brings together four outstanding musical theatre performers from the Canadian stage (Olivia Sinclair-Brisbane, Tiffany Deriveau, Henry Firmston and Trevor Patt) each of whom has strong London ties, the London Gospel Collective, and London Symphonia in a program that boasts festive favourites, musical theatre classics and recollections of growing up in London.
Highlights include: “Snow” (from White Christmas), “A Place Called Home” (from A Christmas Carol), “On the Street Where You Live” (from My Fair Lady), “Nobody Cares About Santa” (from Elf), “It All Fades Away” (from The Bridges of Madison County), “I Love the Way” (from Something Rotten), “Streets of Dublin” (from A Man of No Importance), “Joyful, Joyful” (from Sister Act 2) and many more classic selections. Alexandra Kane conducts.
Recorded live at Metropolitan United, London, Ontario, December 6, 2025.
